The 11-year-old
boy killed at Coca Cola, near Lamptey Mills, in Kasoa in the Central Region is
scheduled to be buried on Thursday, April 8.
Ishmael
Abdallah is to be buried in accordance with Islamic tradition.
The murder of Ishmael has
raised fears in the area as his killers – both teenagers – had carried out the
act allegedly for money rituals.
Felix Nyarko, aka Yaw Anane, 16, and
Nicholas Kini Kwame, 18, are standing trial at the Ofaakor District Court for
the murder.
They
have since been remanded in police custody.
On Tuesday, an attempt by the
family of the deceased to bury him was foiled by the police, who refused to
release the body as they continued investigations.
But reports reaching 3news.com indicate that the body will finally be released for burial on Thursday.
